The IPS adheres to the Code of Conduct of the Czech Academy of Sciences, which aims to prevent undesirable behaviour (defined in more detail in individual chapters) that could jeopardise the satisfaction, safety and motivation of those working in the environment of the Czech Academy of Sciences or damage the credibility of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The Gender Equality Plan responds to the challenges in the area of gender equality presented by the European Commission. An analysis of the situation in our organisation was carried out in the first half of 2022, and the current version of the Gender Equality Plan was adopted on 27 May 2022.
