IT department

The IT department is in the Brno part of the institute. It provides user support in hardware and software and participates in the creation of a long-term strategy for the development of information technologies, the aim of which is to strengthen effective electronic communication, cooperation, and data management within the institute.

Prague colleagues can contact IT by e-mail or telephone; in the case of software problems, it is possible to intervene using remote administration. If personal intervention is necessary (e.g., in the event of a hardware failure), you should contact the SSC technician: Vojtěch Kadleček (+420 221 403 429 | +420 733 690 416, kadlecek@ssc.cas.cz).
