Steering Committee

The Institute’s HR Award Steering Committee is composed of representatives of the senior management. The Committee provides strategic direction, approves key documents (such as the Action Plan), and ensures that the planned changes have sufficient institutional support and resources and are aligned with the organisation’s overall strategy. It also oversees the implementation of the planned measures, ensuring that commitments do not remain merely on the paper.

Work Group

The Institute‘s HR Award Work Group is composed of representatives of researchers across different career stages (from PhD students to senior researchers), as well as experts from the administrative support functions (HR, grants, IT). The Work Group analyses the current situation (GAP analysis), collects feedback through employee surveys, and directly proposes specific measures aimed at improving everyday working conditions. During the implementation phase of the HR Excellence in Research process, the Work Group contributes to the implementation of individual actions included in the Action Plan.
